Art Design
Professional artists creates the design .
The Design process
Once we have your basic information, our artist begins to create your design. Initial art, revisions and final art approval are done in this department. Now we are ready to begin the creation of your printed garment.
Screen Burning
We take your art and burn the screen.
The Burning Process
This is the department that the image of your design is burned onto the screens before printing begins. Each color is separate and must have its own screen.

The Preparation Process
This department inspects each burned screen to insure that the image is clear and corrects any problems, such as pin holes (spots) that we don’t want printed on the garment.
Screen Printing
The actual process of printing.
The Printing Process
This is where your design comes to life, each color of the design is set up on the press and tested to make sure that the design looks right. Once the screens are set up properly, your order is printed. Each garment goes around once where it receives each color until it is complete.
Drying Process
Final stages of the printing process.
The Final Stage
This is the process of curing the ink on the garment so that it will be permanent and can be washed and worn for many years to come.

The process we use to clean the screens .
The Cleaning process
Once your order is complete, the screens used go to the screen cleaning area where they have the images washed out and they can be prepared for the next order.
